Fev’co chocolat brings true French chocolates to you, and takes its name from the French word “fève” ( bean of the cocoa pod)

Our main focus is the crafting of generous ganaches, truffles & pralines.

We are passionate about the aromatic marriages between chocolate, spices, herbs, fruits, and nuts.

A whole selection of chocolate coated nuts (Dragees), spreads for delicious breakfasts or snacks, bars of various origins and fillings as well as French desserts are also part of our offering.

Fev’co chocolat is the culmination of chef Jeremy Dumont’s career in the world of French high end pastry and chocolate.

With a Michelin starred restaurants and 5 stars hotels background in London, Paris, New York City and Miami, each recipe is scrupulously crafted to bring the right sweetness, seasoning and balance to give you a genuine parisian chocolate and pastry experience.

We pride ourselves in using only the best available raw ingredients we can find, such as butter from Normandy France, Tahitian vanilla, organic coffee, pure fruit puree and juices, fresh herbs, absolutely no artificial flavors are used in our confections

No additives nor preservatives are used in the confection of our products, none of our food coloring contains titanium dioxyde that many brands use for their composition, as this kind of ingredients has been banned from the food industry in Europe due to their high risk of causing cancer.

NOTE : Some of our products do not contain gluten, tree nuts, eggs etc.. But for health and liability reasons, we do not advertise any product to be gluten free, peanut free etc.. As every product is made in the same kitchen, there can be traces of different allergens in every products
